What is the Hyundai Signature Program? It is a program that differentiates our dealership from the competition by going beyond the traditional sales and service processes to become a leader in customer satisfaction. It is a certification given to select Hyundai dealerships by Hyundai Canada that denotes a high level and consistency of quality and satisfaction. Century Hyundai Saint John has gone through extensive analysis and examining in order to qualify for this prestigious certification. The certification itself means that you, our customer, can shop with greater transparency thanks to the high level of quality of service. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will ensure that you drive away with the car you want in the condition you want it.
The program is part of a cultural shift within Hyundai Canada, putting more emphasis on the customer’s needs and breaks down walls in order to provide a more transparent methodology. We want to differentiate ourselves and be more aware of what our customers want and exceed their expectations during what we are calling our “moments of truth”. A J.D. Power evaluator comes every year to measure improvements and see how they align with the customer expectations identified in the market study. Our dealership strives to meet the program’s exacting standards in order to be certified as a Hyundai Signature Certified Dealer and to maintain our designation, reflecting our ability to exceed customer expectations across our entire retail operations.
